When God gives you a vision… when God gives you a word… when God gives you a promise- then you can believe it shall come to pass.
We founded and lead a 501 (C) 3 non profit ministry, ‘Helping The Homeless.’
God gave a clear vision plan, and step by step over the last 7 years it’s been unfolding into existence just as He said.
Every step has been laying the foundation, strong and sure, for its purpose.
People are God most precious and valuable asset.
Yet in our world we have people starving, hungry and thirsty, homeless.
And people with the means to change this often walk right past them.
We treat animals with better provisions of shelters and humane societies than our struggling neighbors, and this just is NOT OK.
I’m not talking about applying a bandaid to a gapping wound- I am talking about a plan to resolve this problem for good. I’m talking about a solution.
A bible based plan, one that God Himself implemented and illustrated for us.
We are by faith calling our 12 month Christ-Centered discipleship center, ‘CAMP RESTORATION’ into existence- a place where the hurting and broken people struggling with homelessness can come restore their lives and hearts freely, build a firm foundation of faith, learn job skills, anger management skills, money management skills, receive the love and support needed to get back in their feet and become independently dependent on Christ, then assist with finding transportation, employment and own housing during transition into being back in their own…
I can see it. Can you visualize it? I’ve been seeing it, ever since God gave me the vision in a dream. And it SHALL come to pass!
It’s all about loving our neighbors and caring for others the way God said to do, changing the life of homelessness one person, one family at a time.

Enjoying slowly reading through #lisaterkeurst #thebestyes … I thought this was interesting with recent release of remake #wonderwoman …
Knowing #when to say #yes and #what to say yes to is vital to our well being as #women … there’s a difference between #confidence and #conviction… know God’s Word, and answer His call on your life… doing His plan will never wear you out, but will leave you fulfilled and content in serving 😇
As women, and as moms, we tend to multi task.
Baby on hip, phone on the ear, hand on spatula frying ground beef for Hamburger Helper, broom on other hand sweeping floor… never a dull moment, that’s for sure!
Juggling choir practice, prayer meetings, soccer games, band practice, PTA meetings, bible studies, grocery shopping, bill paying, dog grooming, dry cleaning, laundry!!! And being invited to this party, that fundraiser, this meeting, that ministry- can generate stress, not success.
Learning the BEST YES needs to be prayerfully made, and that it’s ok to say no.
We are not every one else’s answer to everyone else’s prayer.
Just because we are asked doesn’t mean we should.
Boundaries. Self respect. Honoring the temple we have been made to be- that’s wisdom.
Don’t let another’s opinion of you define your identity or determine your destiny.
You were created with a purpose, and are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Find out who you are, and whose you are- by what the Bible says.
God has already determined your value based on His sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. He determined your worth, and decided YOU are worthwhile.
Sometimes there are seasons in life. When busy raising children, that IS your mission. Anything else be sure to pray over before committing…
Be joyful in serving. Never stressed…
Be a true ‘wonder woman’ and let the God of all wonder lead you where He needs you.
Be led by the Holy Spirit, with peace, not need. Be moved by compassion and conviction, strong and courageous.
Be blessed AS you are being a blessing!

Patience isn’t something most of us are born with. It surely doesn’t come automatically the moment we take a breath-it’s developed. It’s a process. It takes time.
Children are not automatically patient. As mom looking back, I can’t even count the number of times I told my children “just be patient” or “in a minute!” When you stop to analyze that statement it’s actually quite funny. A little child? Be patient? Most adults struggle with being patient, yet we expect our children to ‘be patient.’
Most people, including children, truly don’t understand what this word means. “Patience.” Yet we expect it from everybody. But are WE being patient?
Children learn patience when it’s demonstrated. They live what they see demonstrated. It is learned over time but so are other characteristics.
I know as a mom, there were times when I demonstrated patience with my children, yes; but there were MUCH more times when I didn’t. I wish I could change that now. I can’t. I was still ‘fruit’ in the process of being developed at the time I was raising my children…
Webster defines it this way:
“the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. The ability to wait, or to continue doing something despite difficulties, or to suffer without complaining or becoming annoyed.”
The word “patience” historically comes from the Latin, patientia, meaning suffering, which also gives us the word patient, referring to someone who is suffering from being sick or injured.
“Patience” is one of the fruits of the spirit. (Galatians 5:22) Fruit takes time to ripen. So does patience.
The Strong Concordance for the original Greek word translated to our English language for patience is:
#8318 pa’-shens (hupomone, makrothumia):
“Patience” implies suffering, enduring or waiting, as a determination of the will and not simply under necessity. As such it is an essential Christian virtue to the exercise of which there are many exhortations.
We need to “wait patiently” for God, to endure uncomplainingly the various forms of sufferings, wrongs and evils that we meet with, and to bear patiently injustices which we cannot remedy and provocations we cannot remove.
PATIENCE: The quality of forbearance and self-control which shows itself particularly in a willingness to wait upon God and his will. Believers are called upon to be patient in their expectations of God’s actions, and in their relationships with one another.
Patience is often hard to gain and to hard to maintain, but, in Romans 15:5, God is called “the God of patience” as being able to grant that grace to those who look to Him and depend on Him for it.
It is in reliance on God and acceptance of His will, with trust in His goodness, wisdom and faithfulness, that we are enabled to be patient, endure, and to hope stedfastly.
“Patience” is a form of #Love
In 1 Corinthians 13:4, “LOVE is patient.”
This is key.
“God is love.” (1 John 4:8)
We are to walk in love. (Ephesians 5:2)
When we are patient with one another,
we are demonstrating Gods love. When we are patient with ourselves, we are receiving Gods love.
While we strive to be patient all the time, to be loving all the time, we fail.
Progress takes time. We’re all human.
Praise God that HE never fails! He is ALWAYS patient with us, ALWAYS loving towards us.
Join me today to commit to exercise our patience with one another.
Someone (a believer) came to a friends office today and he wanted to know if it was ok to pay tithes from his business of alcoholic sales, (PUB).
Ok. Since he asked…
Best way to answer this question is by asking what does the Bible teach us?
Sadly, many are deceived and do not rightly divide the Word of God (2 Timothy 2:15) nor study to show themselves approved.
Many think because they see others consuming alcohol that it’s ok… many wrongly assume that because Jesus ‘turned water into wine’ at the wedding feast in Cana, (John 2:1-11) that Jesus must have consumed alcoholic wine.
Most are not realizing the word ‘wine’ was used 231 times in the King James Translation or that in the Old Testament there were three Hebrew words translated as ‘wine’ (Yawin- INTOXICATING FERMENTED JUICE, used 141 times- of which 71 times meant ‘FRESH GRAPE JUICE FROM THE VINE, 70 times meant FERMENTED), another word is TIROSH- meaning UNFERMENTED FRESH GRAPE JUICE, no alcoholic content at all.
In fact, Lamentations 2:11-12 states mothers gave TIROSH WINE to infants and babies!!!)
The third word was SHAKAR/SHEKA- meaning STRONG DRINK, INTENSELY ALCOHOLIC AND INTOXICATING (Numbers 28:7)
In the New Testament ‘wine’ translated from the Greek into our language that we speak. The word wine is used for both fermented and unfermented drink there are two Greek words for the word wine in the new testament .
OINOS- generic wine-either fermented or unfermented.
Matthews 9:17 is an example, Ephesians 5:18 gives a fermented example.
The other word is GLEUKOS. Which means sweet wine fresh juice from the vine illustrated in acts 2:13.
The content of the Bible script reveals the type of wine as well as the original root word so I go back to my point:
If a tree is known by its fruit, what fruit does alcoholic wine bring? Is it godly fruit or fruit from the enemy?
This is extremely important subject as the deceiver the enemy Satan the father of all lies has deceived and lied to so many people including Christians.
Deep down the conscious of the individual knows inherently what is right and what is wrong-but they will try to justify their actions to do what they know it’s wrong and try to tell themselves that it is right.
John 10:10 says “the thief comes to kill, steal, and destroy.” But Christ says “I come to give life more abundantly.”
Ask yourself ” does grape juice kill? does grape juice steal from families and destroy families and steal and destroy and kill lives?
Does alcohol do this?
Matthew 12:33 ”
“A tree is identified by its fruit. If a tree is good, its fruit will be good. If a tree is bad, its fruit will be bad.”
So, consider alcohol as a tree: what is its fruit? That’s how you will know- according to the Bible.
For further study,
Habakkuk 2:15 “woe to him who gives drink to his neighbors, pouring it from the wineskin till they are drunk” (the word woe is a strong warning- take note!!!)
God will not bless the tithes of one who obtained sinfully.
Proverbs 20:1 “wine (oinus- fermented) is a mocker and beer is a brawler; whoever is let astray by them is not wise”
Proverbs 22:10 “Drive out the mocker and out goes strife; quarrels and insults are ended”
Read also Matthew 9:17, mark 2:21-22; Proverbs 23:20; Proverbs 23:29-33.
Also- if we are born again believers and followers of Jesus Christ, whose body is it?
The Bible states:
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
Food for thought.
Introducing to you a “prayer mission@ challenge…
This precious young girl, Gabriella, only 10 years old- has a heart of gold.
She heard about our mission trip to Uganda, heard about the 15 year old boy named Charles who has been fighting a rare cancer in his eye and brain whom iamjesusgal ministries is funding his medical care-
She heard about the struggles his family has to find food and efforts to find water by walking hours carrying plastic jugs, returning with dirty water…
she heard about his little sisters fighting malnutrition and parasites…
And so Gabriella decided to do something about it!!!
She raised on her own $32… and donated it to us today.
Her prayer is that God will multiply this $32 so that we can present Charles and his family with a BRAND NEW WELL!!!
A water well in the poorest part of Uganda saves lives.
Thus, we launch “Gabriella’s Prayer!”
We are asking you to match her donation by going to our website, Iamjesusgal ministries website
and click on ‘donate now! In comments, please put ‘Gabriella’s Prayer’ for Charles water well!
Please share this, add hashtag #Gabriellasprayer and join us in faith and watch God do it!!!
By providing this for Charles and his family, the entire village benefits!
Don’t let anyone else determine who you are or determine your value.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made and created for a purpose.
You have unique qualities, special talents and possess a precious personality. Your life has value and you matter!
What other people think of you is none of your business.
I know that’s a tough statement but the more you think on it the more true it will become.
As believers in Christ, our business is God’s business-what He thinks of us is what matters-
His value is the true value-
Just like God said when Jesus was baptized and came up out of the water “this is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased” before Jesus did the very first miracle or began his ministry, God determined His value because He, Jesus, is God’s son-God determines our value the same way…
It’s not based on what we have done or what we are doing. It’s not based on what we look like or what we don’t look like.
Our value is not based on what other people think or don’t think about us.
Trying to please other people and trying to own up to other peoples expectations is stealing our joy and our peace.
It is a distraction.
It’s much better to spend time with our Creator God and determine our value based on who He says we are and what He thinks about us, because that’s when Peace comes to us…when we realize our true identity is found only in Christ.
“I got revelation that I AM Jesus’s gal’ the gal He loves” and found out who I am the same way Jesus did- from the scriptures. This is how iamjesusgal ministries came to be!
